Took my 12-year-old son for a 1-to-1 session with Brett and it was excellent. He already trains in group boxing classes, but this session really helped refine his technique. Brett focused on footwork and bag work, breaking everything down clearly and making it easy to understand. Very knowledgeable, patient, and great with younger boxers. My son got a lot out of it and really enjoyed the session. Highly recommended.

I saw Brett today for the first time after he was recommended as an excellent trainer/ coach with lots of MMA, boxing, Mauy Thai and general martial arts experience. I also saw his training on Instagram. I wanted some boxing and footwork technique coaching to improve my Kyokushin Karate fighting and for some general advice on improving technique. It was evident within the first 5 minutes that he could really help me, picking up on footwork issues to avoid getting hit so much, counter attacking options and slowly and patiently advising on dealing with tall or short opponents. Brett was very knowledgeable and very patient, making fine adjustments that were incredibly helpful. I left feeling more confident but above all it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Brett is very knowledgeable but above all, is just a really nice guy. He can help beginners or people who have trained before so is perfect for all levels. The gym was really well set up with lots of space to train and with modern, clean equipment, there was also plenty of parking close by. Booking a lesson was easy too. I would thoroughly recommend Brett to anyone who wants to get fit, improve MMA, karate or boxing technique, learn better self defence or just enjoy training. I'm looking forward to trying out my improved technique tomorrow at karate and will be booking regularly. Highly recommended. AAAA ++++

I have a basic background in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu but had never done any wrestling or striking. Brett has a wealth of experience in martial arts and coaching. He has a broad range of coaching options for both PT and martial arts training, and he is coaching some very well respected fighters. I found pricing very reasonable for both one to one and as part of a larger class. I was apprehensive as a complete beginner but Brett is very patient and has a very friendly and approachable coaching style. Highly recommended!
