Boxing
Boxing training designed for you. My 1-2-1 and SGPT sessions take place at my private gym or CRE8 Gym in Hoddesdon. Whether you’re looking to build fitness, master the fundamentals, or just enjoy hitting the pads, I’ll tailor the session to your goals.
MMA Grappling
Grappling covers the wrestling and submission side of MMA.
We work on takedowns, control, and positional strength — all at a pace suited to you.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)
I’m a brown belt in BJJ and use it to help people build patience, problem-solving skills, and calm under pressure.
We focus on technique and body control, not aggression.
