What Fight Camp Is

Fight Camp combines martial arts and strength training into a single 8-week block designed to:

  • Build skill and conditioning through structured 1-to-1 coaching
  • Improve strength, endurance, and body composition
  • Teach you how to train with purpose, not guesswork
  • Give you accountability and structure between sessions
  • Every plan is tailored around your level, goals, and schedule — whether you want to sharpen technique, rebuild fitness, or push yourself for something new.

Do I need experience?

No. Every plan starts with the basics and scales from there

Will I be expected to spar/fight?

No. You’ll train with pads and drills — safely, under full control.

What if I can’t make every week?

Sessions can roll over within the 8-week window. I’ll work around work and family commitments.
