Step 1.

Plan Your Path to Success

Schedule a Zoom call with me to talk about your goals for the StrongDad programme. We’ll discuss how to tailor the programme to fit your unique situation and plan the best approach to your training moving forward.

Step 2.

Your Tools for Progress

Click the button below to complete the coaching application. Once submitted, you'll receive an email to download the HEVY app and set up your account. This is where I’ll provide your personalised training programme and track your progress as you log workouts. 

For nutrition, I recommend using *MyFitnessPal* to log your meals, track calories and macronutrients, and monitor key data. 

Together, these tools will help us create a sustainable plan to reach your personal goals and keep improving along the way.

Join The Facebook Support Group

Click here to connect with other dads, ask questions, and find support and accountability within a community of like-minded fathers. The group also serves as the central hub for all resources related to the StrongDad programme.
